Terms of Business (AGB)

1. Scope

These terms govern the services provided by Rough Edges GmbH under the brand
International Veterinary Relocation (“IVR”, “we”) to veterinary professionals (“you”).

2. Our services

IVR facilitates the introduction of qualified veterinarians to selected employers in
Germany and supports the recognition, immigration and relocation process. We act as an
intermediary and adviser; we are neither the employer nor a public authority.

3. No guarantee of official decisions

Decisions on professional recognition, licences and visas are made solely by the
competent German authorities. We cannot and do not guarantee any such decision, timeline
or employment outcome.

4. Your obligations

You provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents, and inform us
promptly of any changes. Documents must be ones you are authorised to submit.

5. Fees

Our placement services for candidates are generally funded by the employer. Any fees
payable by you will be agreed separately and in writing before they arise.

6. Data protection

We process your personal data as described in our
Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight
negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and
limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is
excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Applicable law & jurisdiction

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is
Neuss.

9. Severability

Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining
provisions is not affected.
