This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share with us,
in particular through our application questionnaire, in accordance with the EU General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

When you submit an application, we process the information you provide, which may include:

• Identity and contact details (name, nationality, place of residence, phone, e-mail, date of birth, marital status);
• Professional data (qualification, recognition status, specialisations, experience, language levels);
• Preferences (desired position, working model, salary expectation, benefits);
• Free-text answers about your motivation and wishes;
• Documents you upload (CV, diplomas, certificates, references).

3. Purpose & legal basis

We use this data to assess your application and to support recruitment, professional
recognition, immigration, relocation and communication with suitable employers and
service partners. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the initiation
of a contractual relationship at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Recipients

With your consent, we share relevant parts of your profile with prospective employers
and service partners (for example, for professional recognition or immigration). Your
data is stored in our internal applicant-management system and transmitted by e-mail to
our office. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to pursue your application. If you give the
optional consent for future opportunities, we may retain your profile until you withdraw
that consent. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data
portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for
the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
